Same as FI is now- yes to sleeping space, no to free food. Cast have to pay the same price as players. There are, however, several offsite restaurants, as well as a refrigerator if you want to bring your own food.

There is a VERY good chance you guys will have me. Should I bring Orgin?

Only if you will be playing a ghost. We jumped 101 years from P2 to P3, and it's not Gatemarch. I'm still just a player though, so you may want to poke John B on it.
