Sadly, the plain chocolate ganache was rolled and placed in the refrigerator uncovered for what should have been an hour. It wound up being a couple of days, and it dried out.

There was a promise of having my babies in the anticipatory chocolate frenzy, though the whole alcohol thing would put a definite damper on it.

Granted, I was already hesitant given your penchant for eating them if not enough PELs are submitted in a timely fashion, so this insight doesn't particularly put a crimp into any future plans.

*shrug* Regardless of promises made under the sway of chocolate, we will have little pick-me-ups for late Friday and stupid-o-clock Saturday (whenever it should happen to fall).
