Implant Sizes

I just wanted to confirm whether the current device sizes also apply to implants? For example, would a bionic kidney be able to be Awkward or Streamlined, or would it have to be Miniaturized?

Correct.
The Modifier for Size would affect the size and in-game weight of the required prop/make up/costuming.

How do device sizes translate to implant prop sizes?

Housing Modifiers give guidelines for how large the prop needs to be. If it is bigger than a human body, it can’t go inside one. If it is heavier than you can lift, it is probably a bad idea to implant inside yourself.
