There is also a Winter Feast, entirely OOG, where Winged Thrones will be highlighting another new game offering called Covenant. This Feast is Jan 28th, and will not require cast members, but is put here for your general consumption.

What time should we arive?

The weekend timeline as expected to run:

The staff of Prophecy eagerly looks forward to welcoming you to
the upcoming event of Prophecy III titled "Dreams of the End"!
This event will take place April 13th - 15th. *THAT'S TOMORROW*! Players
may start arriving at the Ye Olde Commons campsite at 4PM. (If you do not
plan to help with Set Up, please do not arrive until at least 4PM, so that
the Staff can be free to complete preparations. If you want to help with
set up, please arrive by 3:00 PM. Thanks for your cooperation!)
We are planning for the following approximate schedule on Friday, April
13th:

4PM Players start arriving

7 - 9PM Check In for Players in the Dining Hall

9 - 10PM Mandatory OOG Meeting for ALL Players (Come to the meeting
prepared! Game will start immediately afterwards! *It is extremely
important that all Players attend the pre-game meeting for this event for
some important reminders!)*

10PM (approx.) Game Starts!: Players will be free to go into game soon
after the meeting ends.

Saturday, 5 - 6PM (approx.) Dinner Hour

Due to various meetings Players that arrive after 9PM Friday will not be
able to check in until after game starts at 10. In the case of Late
Arrival, Check In will be handled at the Ops Building. (On Saturday,
someone will be at Ops from 9AM onwards).

When the event ends on Sunday we will have a quick OOG meeting. Then Check
Out and Clean Up will begin immediately. We can use as much Clean Up help
as possible. Please help, if you can! Players can earn points towards their
characters for helping out.
