How exactly does the cleaning for cp restore rule work. It got dropped from the rulebook accidentally at some point, and folks are confused.

Follow up question:
When using clean up recovery can it benefit from Advanced Interviewing Techniques if unarmored?
If so would it apply only to the skill holder or can it extend to other people if working in a group with the Psychologist?
