Actionflex Boffers?

Are Actionflex boffers legal? The plain black ones look similar to basic duct tape boffers. Safety-wise, are they allowed?

They have been, and probably will be. Safe weapons, but they get some (a lot) of whip as they age.

They are pretty darn safe for mass-produced. And not too fantasy-sword looking. smiling smiley
