Hi people!

There is going to be space opening up at the house I live in, in Belmont, and we are looking for someone like-mindedly nerdy to join us. Rent is in the $650-700 range, including Water, but not Utilities which are about $100/month when averaged over the year, and there is driveway parking. We are right on the #73 Bus Line. It literally stops across the street from us and is super convenient.

We would be looking for someone to move in by October 1st.
