Hello there colonists!

Under the 'not a huge deal, but worth mentioning' tab of life is this tidbit:

While the hotel rate for the event is better than their usual, there have been a few folks who were able to secure an even better rate by shopping around online. Noticing Expedia was running a better rate a few days ago, they were able to call the hotel directly and secure the better rate for themselves.

Now, I am not sure if this rate is still available, but I know how much some of us are trying to squeeze out of each penny, and since I care about ya'll, I thought I'd share the intel. You are free to do with it what you will, or disregard it entirely. If you haven't booked yet, it may be worth looking into online, though as I said, not sure what the current rate is as these deals fluctuate rapidly.
