When Can A Device Ignore A Relevant Procedure Factor?

Not sure if this is 100% relevant as the dust settles from the Coalition Round Table, but here's my situation: I've got a Genengineer Infusion that lets me use a Stealth Quickdeath procedure (after 1 minute). Generally, this is done with a weapon; for example, "Finishing Blow" (Stealth 2 Procedure) describes the action as "You quickly execute a downed opponent with your knife" and references "your weapon" (which may be longer than a knife; the text explicitly notes that even if it is, you must be within arm's reach of the target), but does not explicitly list a weapon as a prerequisite (the call is "Stealth, Quickdeath" rather than, say, "Stealth, Bestow Quickdeath to Self through Blade").
Do I need to have a weapon to use this Infusion properly (I don't mind carrying the prop so much as I'd be a bit put off by the requirement to buy the skill), or can I instead use my powerful Darkhare Jaw to bite through someone's head all on my own?
