Auto 6 Suggestion

The idea for Auto 6 is something called Cascade, or a Self Learning AI. The idea is a Cascade AI is one whose self learning algorithms managed to make it learn something that wiggles it out of its framework, and then that triggers a Cascade, where it teaches itself how to do that thing.
The idea is say, P0ISE is a auto 5, it knows how to entertain, it doesnt know how to run a army. P0ISE will never run a army, because its so outside her framework that her algorithms will never evolve to do that.
Mothership is a truck it manages its cargo and pit-stops. However it self learned its way into creating and leading a army. Thats because Mother is far more advanced.
This doesnt mean a Cascade AI is EVIL, but a Cascade AI has the unique abbility to, while slowly and with limited steps, do its own "PDAs".
The current idea is that you can spend a pda (or every time you get a RDA it gets a PDA) on a Auto 6 device and teach it a Procedure from its Core procedure level or lower. IT has to be in its theory and it cant learn anything Greater OR Equal to its core procedure. This is done in the misc action page on the google form. The device user can then spend its uses of the core procedure as a equivalent amount of genius to spend on casting the lower functions. Players are expected to track their own guns sheet, though it can also fill the "Arms and Armor" page that currently is unused. They also benefit from VI affects.
The idea is that the item is extremely expensive but extremely powerful. You want to use it on high procedure super tool.
In addition Auto 6 and 5 are the levels needed to make a automoton device. The idea is that auto 4 introduces complication, auto 5 introduces intelligence, auto 6 then introduced a ai that can get even smarter. Thats the only way I saw that fits the idea of "Maximum Autonomy".
The specifics on what and how it learns things is up for grabs, but i think it needs to be able to learn something.
