Advanced Classification Perks & Theory Levels

From a recent help request, felt I should share my response publicly for general information.
Towards what Theory Levels - [Discipline #1], [Discipline #2], [Method #1], [Method #2], or none - does my Hybrid Classification 2x2 [Redacted] count? Are the 50 CP split equally among them, or do they count towards _each_category, or do they follow some other scheme?

For Pure Science, I would then assume the 50 CP counts toward [Discipline #1], [Method #1], [Method #2], [Method #3] Theory Level?
