Infrastructure Amp Delivery

Looking at the description for "Infastrucutre" deliovery it says

Infrastructure: When used according to an SOP sheet, your AMP may have an additional or alternate Effect.


Does this mean that the AMP gets an SOP sheet? Is this an AOE AMP? Looking for some additional clarification.

Working out the details.

Possible effects I’ve been weighing how to balance:
Making a Treat [Disease] Effect cause all Disease Symptoms to abate for the rest of the Event.
Making an Effect go from Burst to Environmental Effect.
Making a Timed Duration Effect last longer (Till Next Meal? Rest of the Event?)
Making the Effect include “Note it in your PEL” to cover making substantial changes to the game world.
Creating an Hazard Sign for the Effect in an area.

Are there ones I’ve missed you’d like to see? Are there thoughts you have on how to implement them without breaking the game? I’d love the input.
