Friendly ping - just because this is a spirit of the rules interpretation of the unwritten (in the rule book at least) judgement that CP that go towards creating durable effects can't be restored, I'd feel reassured to have an unambiguous yes or no (or if there was one in there but I missed it, please forgive my need to be steered to the right line).

To try to be clear:

Engineering, Genius and Technician used to reduce the costs of AMPs and Devices is non-restorable.

Used for any other purpose that I can currently recall, it is restorable.
