Pure Classification

I want to make sure I'm getting this correct 
The prereqs for Pure Classification: Dalet are:
Dalet classification, Stealth Theory Level 4, Method #1 Theory Level 3, Method #2 Theory Level 2, Method #3 Theory Level 2.
This means I need:
1. To be a Dalet
2. Stealth 4
3. 200 points of genious, any science
4. 100 points of tech, any science
5. 100 points of eng, any sciece
Or, do 3-5 all need to be stealth?
