Parent And Child Device Sized

I have heard that in FI2, a Parent Device must be larger (or at least as large?) as a Child Device, and as a consequence, for example, a Utility Harness (which follows the same sizk g rules as "Micro-Constructed", and as such has a minimum prop size of "tag") could not serve as a Parent to any Device which is not Miniaturized or Micro-Constructed. Is this the case in FI3? The rulebook does not have any mention of it, but I have heard of one case in which a Legacy Device was resized "to make sure it would fit in personal armor".

You are correct, though Utility Harness can only be a Parent for Micro-Constructed.

This is intended to be an extremely cheap way to build a wearable and light weight Device that generally won’t be stolen, but has the draw back of being the “Armor” you are wearing.

Are you referring to a Drunk Device? I may have revisited a design while sober to sanity check it.

Yes, I did mean Drunk Device. Thanks for clarifying!
