Recharge Procedures On {standard,clean} Single?

The {Freshman,Sophomore} Recharge Procedures have a description including:

"This Procedure restores one expended use to any device with multiple uses per event..."

I just want to confirm that Standard Single and Clean Single Devices were deliberately excluded from this effect - it seemed like a bit of an odd place to make a distinction to me, so I wanted to check that, say, the intention wasn't specifically to exclude Clean Catalyzed Devices and the wording just skipped over that instead of saying something such as "any device with a specified number of uses per event".

They are not excluded. They have some number of uses (that happens to be one) that can be banked. CI/EO does not.

Other Utility modifiers might get researched that also do not have that bank, thus why we did not word it as suggested.

Thank you. In that case, will the Delta rulebook change the wording from "multiple uses" to something such as, perhaps, "a capacity of uses"?

The wording in the Effects Chapter is clearer, apologies for the confusion.
