Packet Construction Guidelines?

There does not appear to be any description in the Rulebook how packets are supposed to be constructed; is this intentional, or should there be such a description?

Ooh, good catch. I'm not sure if it was an oversight or intentional but I can confidently say that the standard no pointy seeds and no elastics rules apply!

We allowed elastics in FI2, we are changing that?

We intend to use the same construction guidelines from FI 2 to FI 3, I think the specifics were going to go in the Appendicies with the Weapon Construction guidelines.
