Here is the updated beta rulebook with all previous edits considered. There are a small number of changes from previous lists that were not made--we're still debating the finer points of a couple rules.

Is there a change log from the previous version to denote exactly what has been changed?

No, but we used the list of issues attached to the previous rulebook post as our guiding document for this update. Our substantial changes all came from that list.

Known issues fixed so far:
Pg 10 - Expanded descriptions for classifications.
Pg 19 - Formatting issue in the "Worker Rule".
Pg 19 - Mr. Hardcheese has changed his name.
Pg 45 - Surgery rules are added for the next release version.
Pg 46 - Corrected example text.
Pg 64 - Reset Death Sequence text set to "Pending". Changes under consideration.
Pg 69 - Chapter references corrected.
