What does Surgery Do?
I have looked through the Book a few times and cant find a solid explanation. it looks like it does Heal 1 after 1-2 min of RP, but that is exactly what Tend Minor Wounds does.

That’s an oops I’ve added to the list of known issues.
Essentially:
When you Finish Surgery X, pick X options (you may pick individual options more than once):
A: Heal 5
B: Cure Wither or Bleed
C: Something from another Skill that references Surgery.
