I find effects that do different things depending on where they hit can get very confusing, but if you are going to do it, do it the way Erin has said. Make an effect that does a bleed on the torso, a maim on the limb. Mangle doesn't add much I think.

Having Wither and Maim will probably just confuse in my opinion.
