Just starting to get into this new rule set.

First thing I noticed is the procedure Burst Stealth Cleave.

After the first cleave, wouldn't the others be forfeit as others would be aware?

I mean, if you get 3 backs, then it doesn't matter if they're aware. Especially with two blades.

I agree it is an awkward procedure.

A possible alternative, for similar effect:
"Stealth, Cleave. Bestow 2x Cleave to Tactics to Self", Even "bestow 1x Cleave to Tactics to Self" would be cool, to help balance the fact that it doesn't need to be quick-succession.

That is a highly situational outcome that almost never happens, adding fact that another skill is needed (duel weapons).

All for a higher lever procedure?

I had assumed there are times you have more than one guard and want to take them all out in quick succession.

Perhaps:

“Stealth, Cleave. Cleave.” Note: You may only use the second ‘Cleave’ if the first ‘Stealth, Cleave’ is delivered properly.
