UPDATED COVID PRECAUTIONS FOR SPRING 2
***TESTING REQUIRED***

Out of an abundance of caution to protect our FI and greater community while still holding Spring 2 as scheduled, we are updating our attendance requirements. In order to attend Spring 2 in person, all attendees must do the following:
- Show proof of a negative test <24 hours before arriving to site OR test negative on site
- Show proof of full COVID vaccination or have a valid medical exemption that prevents you from being vaccinated.
- Wear a mask over your nose and mouth while indoors unless actively eating or drinking

Please read the following carefully and please ask if you have questions or concerns. Securing a negative test from all attendees helps to ensure that our game won’t be a super-spreader event in this time of high local transmission. Cases have gone up significantly in just a few weeks, necessitating an update to our policy.

TESTING INFO
Attendees have 2 options to provide negative test results: Test at home <24 hours before arriving to site OR test negative on arrival to site.
If you prefer to test at home, please contact Jason Gray to arrange a time with him. He will be our designated checker for home test results.
We will have rapid tests at site. All attendees must test negative on arrival unless already cleared with Jason.

Please understand that if you turn up at site and become symptomatic despite a negative test, we reserve the right to deny admission and ask you to leave. In that case, you have the options to 1) Virtually Participate from home. 2) Forward your registration to the next event. If you are unable to attend the next event we will treat your registration as our third option. 3) Treat your registration as a donation and receive points for the value of your admission. We don’t expect to have to do this, folks have been great about looking out for each other throughout, but we want to emphasize that safety will always come first and we are ready and willing to err on the side of caution. We love ya’ll too much to do anything else.

OLD NEWS REMINDERS
The latter two items listed above are the same as previous impacted events. If you are claiming a medical waiver for vaccination, please contact Josh privately to verify your status, to respect your medical privacy. If you have not already provided it for a prior event, bring your vaccination card or a picture of your card (if it’s good enough for the TSA it should be good enough for us) to show when you arrive on site. If you are showing up late, please bring it with you when you check in at Cast Center.

We will have exam and KN95 masks available on site if needed. You are welcome and encouraged to bring your own mask (fabric, exam, medical, et al.) that will be most comfortable for you so long as it covers both your nose and mouth.
