So do learned and taught have a google form or do they actually go on the pell?

Put those in the PEL - Learned, that's actually quicker for me to process from the PEL form. Because that's what it was designed for.

Seems self-explanatory to me.

The form says from the rulebook or new perk, not from the rulebook or not from the rulebook, which is why I was asking. The reason I was thinking they may want it done similarly to a from the rulebook perk is because rulescomm doesn't need to process it for balancing, and instead it can just be done similarly to a perk that is already rulescomm approved.

It is easier when it's already balanced, yeah, actually!

If you're duplicating a researched Perk another player has, we don't have to take the balancing step, so you can use the "rulebook" option.

I will adjust language to reflect this.

Spirit of the rule, don't use this to spy on someone's research. "I want to know what so-and-so's Perk does, so I'll just research what-they-have" is not cool. But like, "Blue told me all about her sweet Perk and how it works, so I know I have the prereqs and everything!" is tots legit.

I stand corrected!

Blue does have some sweet perks.
