I know, I know, it's early. I'm just trying to plan so that I have my ducks in a row for summer research & development.
Just knowing if/what cap raises will be offered in the UP Shop and when would make a difference to any color-coded Excel spreadsheet that may or may not exist for point planning purposes... >.>

Ditto. Will they be available/will they be available in time to make a difference to the feasibility of research? I understand perk requirements can wait, but I get the sense that procedures can't.
(I use a google spreadsheet, and it's not color-coded. That's probably a better idea than having secondary columns to track various totals, though!)

UP shop will be opening quite soon. The buy-as-much-as-you-like will be open for purchase maybe all summer, the auctions will be sprinkled throughout the summer to keep you coming back for more. ;-)
