Winged Throne and I will be meeting in the next few weeks to nail down exactly what FI2's back-end structure will look like. (Covenant is starting early this season, otherwise we'd have already met!) Between me, Winged Throne, and my team (Maria as my Head of Logistics, etc.) we'll iron out the details.

FI2 will still look and feel like FI2 on your side of things. Hope you're pumped for a great game

Will we be required to bring new waivers to Spring 1 or will our current waivers cover FI2 as well?

Good question! I would imagine since it's still with Winged Throne the old waivers will apply, but I will ask when I meet with them next week.

What is is it about mishandling portable incinerators that makes one think of waivers?
