For those of you who've been wondering what that new blank forum was for, its time has arrived!
The Future Imperfect Rules Committee is pleased to announce the open beta of the new rule sets. On the feedback board we've got a link to the new rules, threads for you to offer feedback, ask questions and get clarifications, and contests for people who want to help us stress test the new rules by seeing what terrible new things are possible.
