Those that did Melting Point 3.... is the fireplace finished? If so, did it affect the layout of the building in any significant way?

As of Melting Point, there were no floorplan changes.

That may have changed in the weeks between then and now. Haven't heard anything from Harald or YOC about it, but I guess we'll see when we get there!

The fireplace is in the back left corner and the only impact it would have is making the area, that was used as a private meeting room, much nicer to meet in and a little larger. The movable walls would have to be moved around to make it so there is only 1 entrance into that space if people want it to remain a private area.

Whether or not it's functional? Who knows. Harald was having issues with his contractor last time I was talking with him about it and it was taking longer than planned to get things finished.
