Please be advised that neither the coat room nor any hall space will be available for OOG personal items during the event. Please leave them in your hotel rooms if you have them, or cars if not.

In short, if it isn't on your person when you enter game, please secure it away somewhere away from event. Also, please don't leave it outside in the hallway; there will be no one available to watch your things left OOG, and it would be disrespectful to the hotel.
