Pels, Science Requests And You!

Greetings,

We are allowing two weeks for you to enter your PEL. However, any PELs that you want have an effect for next event or any Science requests you want processed should be submitted by this Sunday, November 4th. Anything submitted after that deadline will not be processed. We will read the PELs, of course, but we cannot guarantee enough time to write plot based on them.

... to clarify that "by": do you want them by 11:59 pm tonight (Saturday), 11:59 tomorrow (Sunday), or some other time between?

Well, let's see. Amber has said she wants all plots in by end-of-day Sunday; Derek needs all his science requests by 5 PM Monday...

Please oh god please just get them in nice and early so we have time to plot-respond >_<
