Is player assistance needed/wanted to help setup for the up coming event? If so, how early is too early and how late is too late?
Also, will the sleeping assignments be posted before the event or distributed upon arrival?

Sleeping assignments will be posted on each cabin when you arrive, or you can find me and I can tell you once you are on site.

For the rest of your question, I will wait on an answer from Derek!

I'm taking a breather from being neck-deep in FI work to give you this public service announcement. We would love for players to come join us to set-up at 1:00 pm on Friday. We would be doubly grateful if you have a vehicle that can carry totes for us around the camp. All are welcome, and there will be UP and cookies for everyone!
