I currently live in the idyllic lands of Jersey City, NJ, and find myself still without a driver's license.
Is anyone leaving to the event from NYC or the nearby areas on Friday, and willing to give me a ride? I'll pay for the fuel costs.

I live in NYC and would love to carpool, however I don't have access to a car. I DO have a driver's license and would be happy to drive someone else's car. I have no idea if that's helpful or not.

If you (either of you) could find a way to get to CT near I84(east of Danbury) or RT8 I might be able to help with the ride to the event

You can do Zipcars by day at a pretty reasonable price (+membership). Just an idea.
