*are a cast member for FI
*have not yet pre-registered for the first spring event

and

*would like to participate in the YOC Meal Plan at a reduced cost (possibly even no cost).

then...

*you have a problem!

To participate in the reduced-cost-for-cast meal plan at YOC that we are attempting to make work for our cast members, you MUST be pre-registered AND reply to the thread on the cast boards regarding the cast meal plan (not here).

Since some of you may not check the cast boards obsessively, I am being a sweetheart and posting it here as well, to make every effort that no one who wants in on this doesn't get the chance.
