Seriously though, plot LOVES reading PELs. Personally I like ones that mention situations and characters you enjoyed and want to see more of, though helpful nudging that some things were less than awesome helps us avoid repeat mistakes and tune things up. Also we enjoy RP, squee moments, and descriptions of badassery - they all inspire good plots.

To sum up:

PLEASE submit, I need something interesting to read on break at work!

I am in the process of withering and dying from lack of PELs. Cough, cough, tell my wife... hello.

A mere 30 PELs... Less than a third of what should be, especially given that a handful are doubles/research. Why do you hate us, oh players? Why do you make us hurt?!

I have my PEL written but I havn't submitted it yet because I don't have a research section on my PEL screen. I submitted a help request for it.

Unless research goes under the skills/procedure section and I'm just all confused!

You could always submit a second PEL for research. Many of our players do that, actually.
