6pm toting totes (if available)
SATURDAY
10:30-11:30 checkin
12 game on
12-6 main game
6-7 bonus hour (more band and RP while cleanup happens quietly behind the scenes)
7 game off and the rest of cleanup
10 awards and afterparty
SUNDAY
~11am toting totes (pleeeeeeease help)
