All, as most of you know, I had a family tragedy land right smack in the middle of preparing for this event. As a result, we had to do some triage to our usual preparation and make a few cuts.

DEV ACTIONS: Standard dev actions (blueprints, formulas, applied theory, learn-a-core) will be processed! Non-standards (perks and other opportunities), with a few exceptions, will have their results delayed until spring 1. (We'll make them extra-cool as thanks for your waiting.)

RESEARCH ACTIONS: All delayed until spring 1. If there is interest, I could be easily convinced to re-open research if you want to change yours a little, but it would only be for a week.
