I just noted that my UP disappeared with the website reset. It looks like it may have happened to some other people too.
Did this happen to everyone, and if not, should affected people file help requests to get their UP back?

It will reappear as soon as you create a character.
If it doesn't, panic and shout (or submit a HELP request).
